GSRP Director
- QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE: Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
- Must have or acquire formal training in the Curriculum within two months of beginning job
- Five or more years of relevant job experience
- Must have or acquire knowledge of the Early Childhood Standards of Quality for Pre-K (ECSQ-PK) within two months of beginning job
- Must be computer knowledgeable
- Organizational and administrative Ability to prioritize workload and complete tasks in a timely Ability to effectively and positively communicate with and support preschool teaching staff
- Effective communicator in both oral and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and adept at establishing and maintaining good rapport and working relationships at all organizational levels
- Highly organized; ability to meet stringent deadlines, prioritize work, operate in a fast- paced work environment, and coordinate projects

GSRP Lead Teacher
- The Great Start Readiness Program is Michigan’s preschool program for four year old children who have factors such as low incomes that might put them at risk for school success. This is a very high quality early childhood program that follows all rules and regulations of the Michigan Department of Education. This position requires one who is a personable and dependable person with a strong work ethic.
- Implement developmentally-appropriate instruction for children using research-based curriculum
- Follow the daily schedule as outlined in the curriculum and GSRP guidelines Conduct screening and ongoing assessment of children and provide age-appropriate instructional support
- Creates an effective environment for learning through functional and attractive displays, interest centers and exhibits of children’s work.
- Meet with Early Childhood Specialist as needed to ensure quality programming and maintain a high-level PQA rating
- Attend staff meetings, workshops, and other scheduled program activities as requested
- Assist in the orientation and training of associate teachers Consider the associate teacher an essential member of the teaching team
- Collaborate with the associate teacher in planning, team meetings, troubleshooting, and decision-making
- Empower the associate teacher to monitor behavior and support the educational Job D process in the classroom
- Participate in home visits with associate teacher to partner with parents to meet the educational needs of their children
- Organize and maintain records for grant and licensing purposes Create and update anecdotal records and portfolios for each child
- Assess families needs and assists with follow up.
- Conducts 2 home visits per year for each child in class
- Perform other duties as assigned

GSRP Assistant Teacher
- Lovin Touch Learning Center seeks GSRP Assistant Teachers to support the implementation of positive and impactful instruction in a PreK setting. In partnership with Lead Teachers and Associate teachers, Assistant Teachers will deliver instruction using our PreK curriculum, establish strong relationships with students, families and co-workers, and ensure that their students are prepared for kindergarten in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Job Requirements CDA in Preschool Duties & Responsibilities Works under the oversight of the classroom Lead Teacher as part of the GSRP teaching team
- Helps to facilitate the daily routine by supporting and delivering lessons and working with students.
- Becomes knowledgeable of the highscope curriculum and Cor advantage
- Establishes a positive relationship with all co-workers and parents
- Adheres to all licensing and GSRP requirements
- Supports the classroom team members and the district team as needed
- Ancillary duties as needed or assigned
